Everything was beautifully wrapped and a lovely hand written note. I bought the Paulina SNAKE Sneakers and absolutely love them♥. I might should of got a size up but nothing being their fault I just ordered my normal size, and once I undone the shoe laces some they fit perfectly. Recommend them 10/10
